2017 PRSA Report: Technology Trends in the Communications Industry
We teamed up with PRSA to survey over 600 communications professionals about the use of technology in the communications industry. The results showed that the communications industry is slow to adopt new technology. This issue beckons the question: how does the communications industry have to change to remain relevant in a world where content is now being primarily consumed through smartphone and tablet screens?

How Many Workplace Apps Will an Employee Download?
How many apps can a company expect their employees to download to their mobile devices? According to recent research, the average smartphone user has about 89 apps their device but uses only seven or eight daily. Given the competition for an employee’s time and phone usage, having a single app where employees can find all of their employee communications and resources could prove valuable.
